I contracted with ******************* of Integrity Painting in August 2022 to do some painting of my porches. He and his partner painted the back porch and sanded and prepped the front porch finishing Aug 15, telling me the front would need some additional concrete prep prior to painting and that they would be back around Sept 1 to finish the job. *** said the additional work would be another $300 plus materials. I paid the remainder of original estimate on August 15 (total $850 + $46 paint). In September, I repeatedly attempted to contact *** regarding their schedule, only to receive sporadic messages that they were encountering problems getting to me. On October 26, they came to prep the porch, then finished October 27.. They then told me they could not do the work required to repair/replace the trim concrete pieces. *** said I owed $500 which I paid on October 27. On November 7, I went on that porch to retrieve a package delivery and found that the color coating had disappeared and the remaining was splotchy. I sent pictures to *** and he came by fairly quickly to inspect. He said he didn't know what happened but they would fix it. Since cold weather was setting in, I knew they couldn't do then. I called December 6, leaving message for them to call to see if I could get my $500 back since job not completed satisfactorily and I received no response. I have attempted to contact since as has Spring Haven property manager and get no response or return call. My most recent attempt was May 10, 2023, at which time I asked that *** contact me regarding their plan to complete my porch or refund my money.I find their failure to communicate frustrating as well as poor business practice and disrespectful. At this point, I do not trust their word or workmanship. I want money returned so I can get the work done.I found a new business website with a different name and address, same phone -- *********************************** now listed as ************
