      I was charged twice. I was told over and over again by the employees that the owner would call me because they dont do refunds of any kind. But the owner said that she would call me and get me my money back. She never called me. I emailed them twice with no reply and I called the store back and they said the owners are acting like it never happened. Theyre refusing to give me my money back.

      *********************** alleges we charged her twice but when I look back in my system, a double charge never came through on my end. I instructed my staff to make her aware that if she was double charged to speak with her bank and initiate an unauthorized charge. I only have the one charge which was authorized in my system. Im not saying that she wasnt double charged, I am saying that if she was double charged then this is a technical glitch, an issue I cannot resolve with my computer system and she needs to take it up with her bank. This is what we have relayed to her several times.

      I have attached pictures of all the transactions from that day, including the text notice from my employee that dealt with the customer. I have attached a picture of the authorized transaction from ***************** and I have included pictures of the transactions around hers. If my system would have double charged her and it had been something that I could have settled, would have. I do not rip off my customers. But this customer did indeed walk out with the products that are shown on her receipt so Im not giving her a refund for them. Like I said, if she did truly get double charged (which I never saw any proof of) then she should have taken that up as an unauthorized charge with her bank.
