This is a hotel we stayed for Thanks Giving 2023! A Hotel in A Great Location! But This Particular place is bad managed. We walked to our Room 806 almost midnight the 22 nov, The whole Place smelled Marihuana, the Carpet had discoloration and was nasty, The ** was noisy at 80 decibel. We have not complained but wanted to have a nice Holiday time. We have booked Ocean view but it was part ocean and ********* view with 25% of Ocean view on the side. The Hotel says breakfast Buffet but there was no Buffet for thursday nov 23. Then that Morning at the Reception Desk we booked Thanks Giving dinner for the afternoon at *************** then once we arrived at the restaurant they told us there were no reservations! We let it go! Friday and Saturday they were painting the hallway at the 8th floor , they had Blue tape and spread sheets everywhere,! We open the Door and see a painter with missing teeth and bad breath trying to talk to us how hard he works. ( I have mentioned that at the manager in a recorded call he said : Not a big Deal Just ************* We booked through Expedia and our Total to Pay at The front desk was $707.00 Sunday Morning we ask for the bill to Pay! and it was $957.00. i said why? The front Desk Lady tells me smoking Fees! I Say I do not Smoke! Were is the Manager? The Lady told me not Here!!! you have to call him Monday ! and The Story Continues with A Dispute at the bank! ****************************** the manager of this hotel threated me in an email that if i dispute the fee of 250 dollars he is going to call the cops and make me look bad! What kind of a low class Hilton hotel is this!
