I purchased a new build home and got the CO in late June 2022, upon having power connected it was discovered that the hvac system that Spells installed it did not work. I reached out to them and a new compressor was ordered and then installed and that did not fix the issue. I was told we would be getting a whole new hvac system and now no one will return my calls or emails and their manufacturer knows nothing about this order. I want a new and working hvac system for my home.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/09/23) */ The unit was installed for Regional Homes and the equipment is provided by Stylecrest, we are just the install company. We reached out to Stylecrest to let them know the unit was not working and they furnished us with a compressor. We installed the part but the unit still did not work, we requested the unit be replaced and we told the customer of the request. Stylecrest wanted to try another part before they replaced the unit and our tech talked to their tech support and came to the agreement to replace the txv valve next then see what happened. We waited for quite some time for the part to get here and I know the customer was upset but we had no updates we were at Stylecrest mercy. We got the part the day before the complaint was made and had put the part on the day after we received the complaint. The unit is working fine and we are extending the warranty for 1 year on the labor from the time of repair. The parts are under warranty already.
