    I placed an order and the day after realizing it would be ***** days until the items were received and i needed them sooner i asked to cancel. They were very responsive up until i decided to cancel. It has been days and still no response. They also want to charge a 20% restocking fee for pre-order items. HORRIBLE experience.

    I purchased seasonal (Christmas and Halloween) childrens clothes on August 25,2022. I did not receive the order until the evening of December 23,2022. I have contacted the company numerous times in attempt to exchange the clothing for store credit etc. since the clothing is for a baby and next year will no longer fit. They have never returned emails and have blocked me on social media and removed my comments.

    I ordered clothes for my daughter on Thursday September 1st (order #*****). The order was $96.00 and included 4 baby girl outfits for the fall season and Halloween (ghouls sweater, spooky pumpkin outfit, pumpkin romper game day outfit). They were listed as pre-order and set to ship in September/October. I emailed their email on September 28th seeking an update on shipping time since it was well into the fall season. I received an email back with the pre-order policy link stating a 30 business days to process but not guaranteed, and that I was eligible for a refund if delayed. Link they emailed me here: ******************************************************************* On November 34rd, ***** *****r emailed me from the [email protected] address and said: Hey *******, Your order has not been shipped yet because there were extended delays in production of your PREORDER piece, Spooky Pumpkin Outfit and Ghouls Rule Sweater. Due to the Holiday already passing, would you like to change these pieces to others of equal value? I look forward to hearing back from you. After asking for a refund and being denied, Karli told me I could get store credit. I have not received store credit, a refund, and now they will not respond to my emails (I've emailed them multiple times in November and December). I just received one of the outfits in the mail that is a fall outfit, which is size 12-18 months and no longer fits my daughter. I would have settled for store credit, but not I want a refund to never give this company my business again. I am happy to ship back the outdated clothing (1 of the 4 outfits) that arrived in my mailbox yesterday (12/29). It is past season and does not fit my child.

    A purchase was made online on 8/25/22 from this business for 5 outfits totaling $117.14. The order was placed by my wife, ***** ******. The order # is ****** Almost 3 months later on 11/7/22, 1 of the 5 outfits was delivered. We have made countless attempts to reach the company, but no response and no explanation or refund. Now it is 12/21/22, nearly 4 months later and I have not received the remaining order. I have been robbed of over $100. These are terrible people running this fake business.

    This company took my order for a holiday product in September and charged me for the product with a delivery prior to October 31st holiday. They never shipped the product which then could not be used for the event on the date of holiday and refused to issue any sort of refund even after the order was cancelled for failure of them to provide the product. There are many many similar stories and complaints from others and they are fraudulently marketing and selling products and stealing money from consumers.

    I have attached the ONLY communication back I got about this order and the owner has since ignored all other emails from me. I placed the order 7/16 and it is now December 3rd and I have no received all items and have not received a refund for the merry + bright crewneck that was never sent. She refuses to respond to any emails I send asking for updates.

    Placed a pre-order for Thanksgiving outfits for my kids on 9/18. They say takes 30 business days. By my timeline it would give them 48 business days to get my order before the holiday. They reached out on 11/19 telling me they cannot fulfill my order before thanksgiving, and I asked them to cancel and refund the order. I still have not received a response from them and got a shipping notification today (the same day my credit card company reached out to them with a claim) THIS IS A SCAM. They still have not responded to several of my emails asking them to cancel my pre order!!!

    Order # ***** I placed an order with this company on October 8, 2021. In this order was an item specific to the upcoming holidays. The company was unable to fulfill my order in time and now will not return the cost of the product. I reached out to the company several times while waiting for the order to be shipped looking for a status update, asking that if it were not going to arrive on time then I would like to cancel the order so that I may find another product. I emailed on November 2nd, I received an email back on the 9th, I followed up to that email on November 16th to which no one responded to me. I sent another email on November 27th asking to cancel my order and refund my full purchase price of $80 USD, I was then finally emailed back saying that refunds were not given and orders cannot be cancelled. A store credit was all that was offered to me, however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received as well as the gross oversight of the company to be offering holiday products that they clearly knew they could not fulfill, leaving me in a situation where I have paid them and now they refuse to give me the money back. To date, my order still has not been processed to be shipped, almost 2 months later.

    It has been 3 months since my original order. Website does state it can take 30 business days to receive a presale order. However, after 2 months after a complaint, they sent my order however it was the wrong item. Since then they have not responded to any emails, refunded my order or sent the correct order.

    I ordered clothes from this company in early September. When I still hadn’t heard anything by end of October, I emailed them and heard nothing back. Then in November I have emailed them twice and tried commenting on their Instagram where I found other customers who have yet to hear from this company about orders.
