I have purchased advertised Alaskan Salmon(aka caught in Alaskan waters) from this company for quite some time. However, I really DO NOT understand that if the fish is caught in Alaskan waters, why is shipped from **************? So that tells **** the fish is caught in Alaskan waters, it is sent to ************** then sent to the customer(me in *****). It would make better sense for the company to send fish out from Alaskan waters from the west coast. I am not sure if I will purchase any more fish from this company. Please Advise!Initial Complaint

I have had a subscription with Sizzlefish receiving a monthly shipment of fish. I wish to discontinue my subscription, however they are impossible to reach. If you call their number you get a recording saying theyll call back, but in two months, *** never received that call. I refused to accept the last shipment hoping that would get their attention. However, after calls failed I tried emailing them & all I received was an offer for a10% discount for my next order. I really need to cancel this order.Initial Complaint

On 01/19/24 I ordered King ********* from a website on ******** Sizzlefish.com. The price was $39.99 for 9lbs and I ordered two for a total of $63.99 for 18lbs. The special was free shipping for orders over $20.00. The money came out of my bank account immediately and showed on my statement for the 01/22/24. So they received the money, but I have not received my product. According to the website, I would receive a confirmation email to and to this date have not heard from them. My confirmation is 251FW-637502E. Ive called them several times for several days and have even emailed them. But have not heard anything back from them. I would either like the king **** legs I ordered or I would like my money back.
