A sales rep at the ********** ** location sold my 16 y/o daughter a membership on June 30, 2023. If under 16 the app states that there must be a buyer over 18. First they filled out my daughters info in the buyer section but then had her sign as member and allowed her to sign my name as buyer. Corporate does not have a phone number only email and address. I emailed them on Aug 29th when I became aware of the situation and explained to them what happened. They responded with a copy of the contract on Sept 1st. I responded that day and again on Sept 6th about the contract being invalid. I emailed again on Sept 11th for someone to verify it had been cancelled. I then called one of the locations that looked up and verified that they were receiving emails and corporate was handeling it. Still no response I emailed again on Sept 27th. They responded that if I sent a copy of her ID they would have it canceled immediately. No response. I emailed again on October 3rd and October 8th. No response and meanwhile they are still trying to draft from my daughters account who has no money. I am not satisfied with the response time at all and want this cancelled immediately and all charges refunded as the contract was not valid.
