I purchased blueberry bushes from them in the fall of 2022, I called to complain about how they looked they said they were fine. The bushes didn't make it through the winter, contacted them, they finally agreed to replace them but I would have to pay for shipping and I agreed to pay for shipping. I've sent numerous emails to find out shipping date and to pay for shipping, to date I still have not received any info on shipping date or any emails at all. I've tried to call them on several occasions with no answer. The bushes that were shipped had broken branches and discolored leaves also had a ***** drill bit in the root ball. They said in an email(which I still have)they would replace them..Business response

I have uploaded the complete back-and-forth emails involved in this complaint since they wouldn't fit in this space. I also have pictures if needed. The following is a much shortened version but the gist of the complaint.On around June 7, 2023 I purchased 4 grape vines on a buy 4, get one free offer. I only received 4 and those were obviously not viable--dried out, no buds, no flexible roots. I contacted Hand Picked nursery and they said the plants were supposed to look like that and to give them 3 weeks.I potted them and cared for them the same as other grapes that I received the same week from ***** **** and ************ which incidentally looked very much alive.After over a month the Hand Picked grapes still showed no sign of life, while the other grapes had leafed out and were growing well.I contacted the nursery and they said they would replace if I paid shipping. I paid shipping, received nothing, and they stopped replying to emails.At this point I want a refund, and have no confidence in their ability to ship satisfactory replacements.Business response

We have spoken and said i would replace them. I just ask to cover the shipping. We send very healthy plants. I do not recall receive an email saying we missed one plant. I will ship them out togetherCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: The emails I uploaded clearly show that the business received information they claim not to have received, such as the fact that I paid shipping for replacements and that I did not receive the free plant offered. At this late date and nothing but empty promises I have found plants from another source and would like a refund.
