I found comments on the ********* post alleging the company is a scam and charges for a monthly membership without proper contact information for cancellations. I emailed Barefoot Outdoors for a refund, and then noticed a recurring charge of $24.92 on my credit card around the 26th to 28th of each month for the past several years. My credit card company temporarily blocked the payments, but informed me I needed to resolve it with the company directly.Attempts to Resolve the Problem:Ive sent multiple emails to Barefoot Outdoors without any response. Despite initial success in disputing the charges, the issue remains unresolved and the charges continue.Summary:Ive been charged $24.92 monthly for several years for a purchase I never received. All attempts to contact Barefoot Outdoors have been unsuccessful. I request the BBB's assistance in stopping the charges and obtaining a full refund for unauthorized charges.
