Purchased a vehicle from Just Jeeps on 8/6/22. Given 30 day temp tag. have been promised the tag on several occasions by dealership even today they promised but nothing. Today said couldn't finalize paperwork due to needing to be inspected...I have copies of all texts from dealership with promises to purchase tag. Ad stated clear title can't understand what's going on...Paid cash for vehicle have all paperwork from sale. Can't utilize vehicle temp tag has expired even tho he states a 15 day grace period...DMV says this is not true. I just want my tag and title...never had this problem before. I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from this company on 2/24/2022. I did not get my tags with in 30 days and we later found out that it was because of a civil penalty on my end from a previous vehicle. I paid that fine on 5/4/2022 even after being promised by the owner that he would pay it in exchange for a 5 star review on Google. Since then I have barely been able to get in contact with the owner and he constantly lies to me about get my license plate. I have called the ***** several times and caught him in these lies as the vehicle I paid for is still not registered in my name. This week he told me that he would overnight my tag to me since he had it which was another lie because as of 7/20/2022 my truck is still not registered or titled in my name.Initial Complaint

*********************** purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Just Keeps LLC in Raleigh, NC on September 14th 2021 purchase order is **** in the amount of $14,900.00. Dealer wrote us a Power train warranty for 3 months 4,500 mile. Immediately after purchase the oil leak that was promised to be fixed wasn't and we had 2 open airbag recalls that weren't fixed prior to sale. Also found out the parking brake wasn't functional because the entire parking brake mechanism needed to be replaced which was $300. Within 1,100 miles this vehicle completely broke down and needs a transmission, starter, and clutch. Starter was already broke when it went into Jeep dealership. I have tried several times to Contact Just Keeps via phone and ********. They are not responding. Total repairs with tow bill comes to over $8500.00. I am trying to be more than fair and I would like a reimbursement from Just Jeeps in the amount of $3,500.00 which I feel is more than fair. This price would cover the cost of a rebuilt transmission and shipping $2,800, 2 tow truck bills of $75 each, and $550 for the oil leak repair and broken parking brake that wasn't repaired. Total repair from the dealership for transmission replacement was $7,733.05. If Just Jeeps and I can't reach an agreement for reimbursement soon, then I am looking to go to court for the full amount of money owed including all repairs and tow truck bills which will total over $8,500.00. I feel the $3,500.00 reimbursement is more than fair as it is a little less than 1/2. It also appears that Just Jeeps has changed locations in the past 2 weeks since I started calling them so I have included a screen shot of the new address. The phone numbers appear to still be the same. Thank you for your help with this issue - ***********
