If youre looking for an electrician that stands behind their work my suggestion is to keep looking. This company is so quick to not stand behind their work and refuse to even come out after a question about the work they did on this new construction. In addition, requested a quote for some extra work and they were good on getting the quote back but their price was almost double that from another (and higher rated) company. Their lack of interest in standing behind their work combined with total disregard for any type of customer service is enough to keep looking for an electrician/company that stands behind their work at a fair price and actually would like to keep their customer base.

They were told that when we flipped either switch to turn on our living room light (2 x switches to the same light source), that we had to use the switch multiple times for the light to stay on. They came out and said that it was a problem with one set of our light switches that caused the problem. With me not being home they replaced the switch for $220 telling my wife that this was the problem. Needless to say the problem is still here and this company is a joke. I can tell you as of right now if the problem duplicates on multiple switches it is not from one switch having a problem, but most likely a wiring or problem from the outlet. I highly recommend for people to use a different company and ensure that they aren't just being told what they want to hear. We also discussed that our outdoor floodlights didn't work and they said well maybe you should just change the bulbs. Mind you we had already changed the bulbs twice hoping that they would work. They never even checked the outlets while here...

DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! We purchased a new home in ********************, North Carolina. Because we lived close to ********, we kept an eye on the construction of our home (the 5th one we've built). I was never happy with the electrician and saw things being done incorrectly, but of course, they wouldn't listen to me. (They hung my dining room fixture too low, because it has rods extending down that the electrician didn't bother to add to the fixture before hanging. One of the project managers had to do it after the electrician had completed working here. Since moving into the home, I've discovered much more. We had equipment installed outside that had to be wired into the "electric box" (I don't know the proper name), and the company supplies their own electrician, whom I wish could have wired my home. He had to rewire the entire box, because ground wires were touching neutral wires. He said he couldn't believe it passed inspection. In addition, the placement of switches in the home is crazy. For instance, I open the door to the garage, and the switch plate containing two outdoor lights and the garage light is to my left. The switch controlling the light in the garage is the farthest from the door, so I need to step into the garage before I can turn on the light (safety concern). The main switch in our bathroom is also the last on the switch plate. The first controls the shower light, the next two control the fan light and fan, and the last controls the main lighting. It's like this in almost every room. I could go on and on, but the most disturbing fact is the first one I mentioned; wires were touching that should not have been touching in the electric panel. Again, this is the fifth home we've had built (fourth or fifth, I think the fifth), and this is by far the WORST electrical job I've ever seen. This home has a 1 yr warranty; we closed "mid November". Thus far, we've heard nothing from the company about rectifying any of this.

We have not been made aware of any warranty work that has not been completed at **********. If we were aware the issue would have been resolved.

      As. Hello *****,

Quite frankly, the business's response is a lie. They completed some of the work in December, and one of the electricians told my husband (he remembers his name but is in his ********** office all day) that if he didn't take his wife to ********, she was going to kill him. He then said that he would be back the first of January to complete the job. By the way,******* from ********** Properties called yesterday about our warranty work and read off the electrical warranty items we had listed. We told her which ones remained to be done. They are now scheduled to be here the 10th to complete the work. They knew. They've been working in a house across the street, so if they by some chance had forgotten, seeing our home should have jogged somebody's memory. Want to check my story? Call and ask ********** if these electricians are scheduled for work at ***************** Thursday, March 10.
