I should have walked away when my $36K contract was hand written on a single sheet of paper. Poor communication with numerous individuals that never stepped foot onsite. Was told there would be a site evaluation prior to construction, got a phone call when I was out of town that they were coming to build concrete forms the next morning. NO SITE EVALUATION had been done, but the said it would be fine. They scheduled concrete and when the mixers showed up they refused to drive over my driveway to get to the building location, so they left without pouring. Superior tried to charge me for the unusable concrete saying it was my responsibility to rent and have a pump truck on site..... This was in NO way my resposibility, pretty hard to get a pump truck onsite with a days notice....again something a site evaluation would have cleared up. I was upcharged for several ridiculous items that were supposed to be included in the original price, but at that point we were so ready for it to be done we paid.Building was erected in a couple of days and there were workmanship issues I tried to address with the owner *******, not to mention the mess they left in my yard (cigarette butts for weeks) Building was put together sloppy and numerous issues have yet to be addressed. I gave up on trying to get someone back out to my property. Find a different company to use, these people are dishonest and sneaky.Review from Barbara G

STAY AWAY!!! VERY VERY dishonest company. After several days of going back and forth with additions and pricing and being told a large barn could be installed within 4 weeks - the owner had his sales agent call me literally the day before I was to sign the contract and put down 20% (as stated in my email and agreed to - standard practice) and basically “blackmailed” me saying if I didn’t pay the full $40k up front he would not agree to 4-weeks. ******** the owner, understood my desperate need per our personal conversations and I feel he used that to get me to agree to his terms. Who pays 100% for a product they may or may not get for 4 weeks while the business is drawing interest on your money? This is the most unethical business dealing I’ve had in a long while. I can’t help but wonder if the owner is desperate for money. Stay far, far away from this company. (Read the review below on how long it took to get his building.)

Hello *******, We really apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you Mrs. ******* This is not what our company is about. It is a misunderstanding between various parties. We are 8-10 weeks out for concrete with a 20% deposit. We have in the past done it in less time but it’s because customers have been willing to pay in full. We do not make customers do something they don’t want to do. The manager has tried several attempts to call and try to fix this matter, but for some reason our call has been ignored. Once again, we really apologize about this inconvenience. We have built a reputation to deliver products to customers if for any reason we weren't able to we would fully refund their monies. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience and ask to speak with a manager. ###-###-####. As a business owner pleas understand that we are not out here trying to take advantage of customers.
