We didn't get to last year due to COVID, this year we wanted to safely make it happen. *****'s was booked so I went with Wahoo's. I booked a reservation on 7/10/2021 for 14 people to attend and paid in advance. Unfortunately, the very next day I became very ill and was admitted to the hospital with a serious health disease. I was in hospital for 2 weeks and bed recovery for another 2 weeks. I had my friend, contact Wahoo's to cancel the reservation - they would only push out the date. It was determined by the Dr that I couldn't partake in this type of activity at anytime in the near future. I had called Wahoo's a little over a week ago and had to leave a message. I was called back by a lady (can't remember her name) and after explaining my case and that I wished to be reimbursed the funds they told me no. No empathy, nothing. It was actually a co owner that called me, and it appeared she could care less about what was going on, and refused a refund. I couldn't believe it.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
I even spoke with the co owner over three weeks ago. She said she would connect with her “other owners” and call me back. Of course no call yet.
