    Jan. 14 2021, brought 2006 jeep liberty in after cutting out and not turning over was told it was fuel related. Ross Jeep fixed/spliced a wire together they said was cooroded and was told on friday that problem was fixed and they had checked everything fuel related and it was working. Sat. (next day) car did same thing I brought it in for the first time and had to have car towed back to shop (they would not pay for tow or rental as had to have a four wheel drive or all wheel drive as snow was to deep for my two wheel drive car. Asked if they would give loaner or pay for rental answer was no. On Jan. 31 (another friday) They called and said jeep was ready they had checked everything fuel related and all was good. Again next day jeep cut out doing same thing and left me on the road. They had replaced fuel pump and sending unit this time. Again I called and spoke to konal (service writer) on friday as well as G.M. Steve silver asking for some consideration as they has jeep for two times both same thing a fuel problem, said jeep was fixed and they had checked everything fuel related and was good, they gave me discount on price of about $150.00 off price but wouldn't admit to not fixing vehicle the first time I brought it in. Not going to pay for tows or rentals. Brought car to third shop after jeep had it twice before and still not fixed. Third shop has since told me whoever put fuel pump in jeep at Ross Jeep put it in crooked and also didn't check why jeep wasn't getting fuel stopped up canister in line and fuel pump burned up. In process of getting this fixed. Have contacted jeep corporate and filed complaint. Feel like I was ripped off as they either didn't check jeep as they said they had or didn't know what they were doing.

    Had a problem in August 2023 with my 2500 Diesel truck. Couldn’t get appointment until September 12th. Leaving my truck at the dealership I began to patiently wait. After weeks gone by I decided to call and they told the part was unavailable and on back order due to the strike. Now on November 23rd I called another dodge dealership and they had the part and they told me the Atlanta warehouse had over 200 of these parts. So I called and left a message for someone above the service manager and within a week my truck is suddenly ready and repaired. The fact that no one ever called me to explain the delay, it was always me calling them. No upper management called with an apology or explanation is a poor way to do business. I will never use Ross automotive in Boone to do anything to my truck again. I do not recommend them for anything.
