      The office manager Chris informed me after I attempted to get a receipt from the technician that I was supposed to sign an invoice I was never given an invoice when I asked for a receipt I was told if I gave them an email I would get a receipt in 2 or 3 days I told Chris that the time they said they had gotten to my house was incorrect the technician said they got started at 9:45AM and stopped at 11:15AM, I told Chris that they did not get to my house until 10:20Am-10:25AM Chris then informed me that they start charging from the time they leave there parking lot I told Chris at that time I have never nor would I ever agree to those terms he said I was told that over the phone I said no I was not and I wanted a recording of the conversation where I agreed to that he then told me they had no record nor did they have a recording of the conversation we had when the appointment was made Chris said he was calling the technician and then Chris hung up Chris called me back and said he talked to the technician and the owner and there is nothing I can do my niece called to talk to the owner and Chris (after a run around) told her he would have the owner to contact her back Chris then called my niece back as if he was the owner when my niece asked if he was the owner he hesitated and finally said no he then call her back again and said he had no record of her in the system she told him again I am calling on behalf of a family member he was then given the address it is now 1:48pm on 5/02/2022 and we still have not heard from the owner of Jeff’s plumbing in Boone NC , I gave them 387.21 and was told I could not have a receipt I would be sent a receipt 2-3 days later by email and I was never given an invoice I was also told if there camera was damaged I would be responsible for a $17,000 camera and the job they set out to do was not completed because they refused to go any further unless I agreed to be responsible for the camera I would imagine the is why they carried ins.

      Our technician arrived on site and called the customer about which apartment to go to. After a couple of phone calls and waiting aprox. 15 minutes, the customer showed up and put up the large dog tied up outside and showed our technicians where the problem they were having was. Our technicians removed the toilet and proceeded to inspect the drain line with our sewer video camera. They had trouble with the camera wanting to come up in the adjacent toilet due to the configuration of the piping. They were able to get the camera to go down the drain pipe about 5-8 feet and found the drain line to be cast iron pipe that had cracked and was broken in several places. Our technicians did not feel comfortable pushing the camera further down the drain line due to the possibility of damaging the camera. Our technicians discussed the situation the customer and he agreed not to proceed any further with the camera. He then stated he had limited funds to spend. He asked about the cost of the camera and our technicians told him about $10,000.00 was the cost of the camera system and that he would be responsible for any damages if they continued using the video camera. Our technicians reset the toilet and cleaned up. They called in to the office and got the cost for the trip out and the work done for the customer. He paid the invoice and was informed the office would send him a copy of the paid invoice either by E-mail of regular mail once it was processed. Our customer Mr. **** appeared happy with the services we provided and did not offer any complaints regarding what our technicians had found or had done while on site. When our technicians returned to the office they turned in Mr. ****s payment. His invoice was completed and a paid copy of the invoice was sent to Mr. **** by e-mail. We received a phone call from a ******** who was asking about this job. She was advised of our labor rate and what it entailed. She was told our technicians do not generate invoices and they turn in their paperwork to the office for processing. This process was completed and finalized by our office.
