            On the 21st of April I spoke with Chad and we agreed on a price quote of $1875 upon aggreeing I did a down payment of $965 when Chad came out on April the 25th he messed up my fence and cut the tree down he the informed me I owed $2200 and he didn’t fix my fence. When I asked Chad why I owed him this much he informed me I have to pay for his Gas, his workers check, and a miscellaneous fee for a new customer. I paid him $1000 dollars on site in cash. The next day my bank called and said my money had been declined for their services of the $965.00 I pulled what I had together went down to fifth third got a cashiers check and went to Boone to meet Chad he met me around 1730 on April 27th and informed me he wasn’t accepting my money because I owed him $1100 more dollars that he gave me a “discount” I informed him to take the $875 dollars i owe him, he then responded he’s going to put a lean on my house if I don’t pay the $1100 I then responded I was going to get better business bureaus involved in which he responded he’d help set up the email for me that it wasn’t going to help my case in any way.
