              Miilan construction was hired to pour a patio for us. Project done on 8-12-21. During the project I spoke with Luis multiple times making sure he understood that we just had the driveway done 4-22-21 & I did not want the driveway to get messed up. Luis reassured me that the driveway would not be messed up. They were not able to clean the thick dirt off the driveway due to how the driveway and patio are connected because the patio needed to dry completely. 3 days after I pressure washed the dirt off the driveway and uncovered deep gouges and multiple scratches on the lower third of the driveway as well as pieces of concrete & concrete footprints on the lower third of the driveway. I immediately reached out to Luis via txt msgs & pictures & calls. After discussing the problems with the driveway, I let him know that I wanted ***** ******** to fix the driveway for $1200 and Luis agreed to pay. Driveway was repaired 8-30-21. Luis then wouldn’t return any calls and has not paid.

              **** came & did a concrete slab for a shed. The face of the concrete looks good. But overall the finish product is poor. The sides are not finished properly. One of the main things is he didnt cleanup right- left the washed out concrete in my yard, left ruts in my yard and I had to throw away trash that his crew left behind. When I gave his company a review on ****** and ********* he didnt like it so he called and texted me blessing me out. This is not a proper way to treat customers. I would not recommend his company for anything.

If anything that I can help you with please call ********** to resolve don't have you wife call or leave reviews you have my number and everything could be resolved civilized but once again we are human so I understand just call me and issues would have been resolved but now going out of your way to hurt our business man . ********** I told you if you didn't like our work don't Pay but you did so you liked and the trash issue sir I have pictures of before you don't need me to post those we cleaned up alot of trash you had there before we even started bur regardless you have my number . ********** incase you lost it
