Miilan construction was hired to pour a patio for us. Project done on 8-12-21. During the project I spoke with Luis multiple times making sure he understood that we just had the driveway done 4-22-21 & I did not want the driveway to get messed up. Luis reassured me that the driveway would not be messed up. They were not able to clean the thick dirt off the driveway due to how the driveway and patio are connected because the patio needed to dry completely. 3 days after I pressure washed the dirt off the driveway and uncovered deep gouges and multiple scratches on the lower third of the driveway as well as pieces of concrete & concrete footprints on the lower third of the driveway. I immediately reached out to Luis via txt msgs & pictures & calls. After discussing the problems with the driveway, I let him know that I wanted ***** ******** to fix the driveway for $1200 and Luis agreed to pay. Driveway was repaired 8-30-21. Luis then wouldn’t return any calls and has not paid.

Miilan construction offered to fix and and make right it was 50 dollar fix customer gave triad asphalt contact info , reached out to ****** , they didn't even go out there when they quoted 1200.00 had agreed to talk to triad again once they where out there and had checked out in person and never received call .Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Luis from Miilan construction instructed me to go ahead and have Triad Asphault complete the repair work. Luis was aware of the cost at $1200.00 and stated on the phone "Go ahead ma'am and have the work done". The work was completed and now he is refusing to pay for the work completed by Triad Asphalt. We want resolution with compensation for the work. In his response email he stated that Triad Asphalt did not call him. Triad Asphalt attempted multiple calls. The verbal agreement that was reached with Luis of Miilan construction and myself (the consumer) needs to be honored and the payment for the work needs to be settled.
