Ordered a watch online and was sent the wrong item. I emailed customer service and called customer service every day for a week with no response. The phone number is just an answering machine. I went through the customer directory to a Chris ****** and he has not returned my calls.Initial Complaint

I ordered a watch from ******************** on March 22, 2023 (Order #********) for $59.00. It was d) you can return a watch within 45 days ofelivered on March 25 and arrived in good condition, but the size of the watch is very large (which was not clear from the picture on the website) and is too big for me to wear. According to the returns policy on their website (************************************************returns purchase by requesting a return label at returns@********************. I first emailed them to request a return label on March 27, 2023, but received no response. I followed up by email (to the returns email address as well as customerservice@********************) on March 29, April 4, and April 11. Still no response. (And yes, I checked my email spam folder.) On April 14, I contacted them via the chat feature on their website. No response. The following week, I called the number on their website, and had to leave a voicemail (there was no option to hold and speak with a customer service representative). I left my phone number and email address, but still no response. The only contact I have had from ******************** was an email on April 6 requesting feedback on the purchase. I left a negative review based on their failure to respond to my emails, but that still didn’t prompt any action from them. My only goal is to return the watch for a refund in accordance with the policies stated on the company’s website. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter. I work for the **** and I get Informed Delivery so I Know Early in the day what is being delivered to my home and I saw something from Superhero Watches. Com. So I told my girlfriend to refuse it if the package got there before I could get it. It did and she did as asked. The carrier was a new guy and didn’t fully understand how it works so instead of putting it in the return to sender area they attempted and were successful at delivering it the next day, but they didn’t get a signature. They left it on my front porch. I did the return to sender myself because We kept missing each other at work so I wasn’t able to take care of it the way I would’ve preferred it immediately. I then went through my credit card and saw that it was on an account that I have attached to my ***** ****** wallet that ordered whatever the order was for $420. I called and filed a dispute with the credit card company and returned the box . After they investigated it, they let me know that yes the charge was from my phone like we suspected, but it must’ve been one of my grandchildren and that all I needed to do was to wait for Super HeroWatches.com to refund me. I’ve attempted for over three months daily three times a day to email use the chat call their customer service sales and the operator comes up as Chris Forbes and I’ve never received a return or have ever spoken to anyone now they have their return being what ever that watch Was for $420 and the $420 I Called hoping that they were affiliated Super Hero stuff and inquired and they let me know that they were not affiliated but Super Hero Watches has an extended history of this and they told me to file with the Better Business Bureau. I’ve also attempted to file with my credit card again , who once again is telling me that I have to go through the vendor now due to the timeframe and the investigator suggested also that I need to go to the better business bureau and file that was the best way to get this taken care of for my refund of 420Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have been unsuccessful filing a dispute with my credit card a couple of times already. Today after seeing this email I included in another appeal with hope that it is accepted. They continue.to tell me that I have to take it up with the Merchant and as you see it’s a major issue and impossible to do so. My last four in my social security number is **** and my birthday is J my **** ** ***2hone number is ***** ******** so if you call the credit card you’ll be able to get to my account and possibly get them to overturn this dispute decision which I believe was made in bad faith
