On 2 separate occasions the business has provided a service and double charged me on credit cards. They took care of the first on by issuing a credit after 2 trips to the business. The latest one that occurred on 2/14/24, I showed them the transactions and they said they would do nothing because only one transaction showed up on their bank statement. I called the credit card company and got one taken off. I am not out any money but it is frustrating to have to deal with them and the should take action to make sure this is taken care of.Business response

Hello this is owner manager of Fashion Nails,
On 2/16/24 .the customer brought me a piece of paper and saw two charges for $81.60. and want us to return $81.60. but on the paper 1 of the 2 charges. 1 said pending and so I called the credit card company to check. They said it was a single charge to my business bank and they sent me that days statement to prove it to the customer. I showed the customer that their credit card number had a single charge on February 14 and advised them to ask their bank about pending. In my opinion, pending does not mean money taken. Unfortunately, the customer did not like my explanation and wanted a refund of a payment that hasnt gone through.
