I rented the Monticello Clubhouse for my son’s birthday party, paying $300, $200 for the day & $100 deposit once party was over, When returned key back I was told I was not getting my $100 deposit back due to a “broke table”! I did NOT even use all the tables, lady sent pics it was just a screw popped out! I have the pictures, we spent 2 hours cleaning up after the event! The 2 managers extremely rude & kept my $100 deposit, not very professional, they provided me a check list to clean up afterwards I completed & still kept my DEPOSIT! The issue was not resolved due to them saying I broke table! I used 6 tables there was 7 . But still put the blame on me! The table was not even broke it was just a screw popping out! I told them my husband would happily screw it back in, but they stopped answering my messages. I can provide the pictures showing the table was NOT broke at all. They are scamming to keep good honest people’s hard earned deposits like myself,so unfair! I will NEVER return .Also claims left dirt on one table I used table cloths! Very unfair to keep my $100 for a screw popping out of a table I did not use & dirt on table.Those are the pictures the manager sent me! Saying why I was not getting my deposit back!
