Rollon Smith has done yearly taxes for my ex husband for years. He did mine/ours together for 2 years. Last year, my ex and I had separated in November 2021, we never received our 2nd stimulus payout of $1,200. $600 for me and $600 for my ex that was to come in ******** We also never received our state taxes from Rollon from 2020. I went back and looked at our records and that is when I discovered Rollon and his office had the wrong state and zip code on our paperwork. I called his office and spoke to a very rude lady. Rollon said it was his mistake and would mail me my 600 and my ex his 600. He then asked for my ex phone number. When I stated he had a new number and I did not know what is was, he said he was going to call my ex sister ****. I asked that he not do that and not involve her, this was not her business, he said he was calling her anyway. When I never received my $ 600 several weeks later and called his office, he screamed at me in the phone, said I needed to talk to my ex about my 600 and said to never call him or his office again. He had mailed the entire $1,200 stimulus to my ex. I do not think this was legal?
