I requested services for alterations to clothing in March of 2020 at the time of consultation the owner, Heather S**** stated that payment was collected at the pickup appointment after services were provided. I returned in person to Harmony Tailoring and Alterations weekly in person or followed up by phone from March - October. Heather always stated that she was behind and required a few more days. On one of my visits I questioned her 60 day pick up policy in regards to my items being donated to which she replied she would not do that as she was not done mending the items. The store has since close its physical location. I have messaged through Facebook messenger to both the business account as well as Heather's personal Facebook, as the company does not have an email address, however these attempts have fallen on deaf ears. I am requesting that my property be returned to me. The items that were dropped off are well worth over $100 and cost of service was estimated at $45. The owner, Heather S**** has failed to return my calls or message via Facebook Messenger.
