      Ive been a member of this gym for almost 5 years. The only complaint I have is about the issues I have is a few times Ive purchased items and tried to return one or two of them. No one knows how to create a return and I never get feedback when I requested management address the issue. They canceled my membership and said that I owed the balance when that was not the case at all, *** requested several times that a manager or someone from leadership contact me. Nothing ever happens

      My name is ***** ******** I am a member of Golds Gym in Burlington NC. The general manager Alston W***** made me move my motorcycle when I parked in a non parking spot but it’s a good parking spot for a motorcycle. With that being said I walked out the gym today and seen a motorcycle parked in the exact same spot I was parked and he didn’t ask him to move it . I’m black the other guy Alston let park there is not. So I’ll bring it to his attention that that was the same spot. You made me move. My bike, even hunted me down in the gym and asked me could I move it to a parking spot and I asked him why he didn’t make the other guy move. He made up a bunch of lies. Told me he was sorry and then tried to find the guy And move his bike it was definitely a racial thing going on. This is unacceptable. I even have pictures of the guy bike parked in the spot where he asked me to move Austin that’s who I’m referring to.

      A member of our team has reached out to Mr. ********. For any business that is in a plaza, motorcycles are not allowed to park on the sidewalk. No member should be parking in illegal spaces. As a business we follow the the laws and rules of parking lots. Since this has been an issue at this club, the owner has asked for the team to reach out to anyone who parks there. All members no matter what they drive must be parked in a legal parking spot in the parking lot. Anyone parking in illegal spaces going forward we will contact the police for ticketing.
