They charge you for extensions which should be free. They charge you the same amount for a full return as a two pager. They make you pay for an insurance policy in case you get into an audit. They don't trust their own work and they make you pay for it. I had a problem with the IRS and they told me I was covered, but instead they just said I should call the IRS myself and get it fixed. They will not give you a list of charges. They are always late. Last year my return was finally completed in October. This year I had no income for the business and it still took them until June to get three pages done. Then they charged almost as much as the return that was fully burdened. They seem nice but they are prey on your trust and then they rip you off. Everyone is happy except you. I hope you will all learn from my lesson and stay away. It is a trap and will cost you far more in fees then you will ever get back from the IRS. Buyer Beware!Review from Edith R.

I had always completed my taxes for lack of trust issues. Then, I had a hand holding my face moments, you know when you just throw your face into your hands, like what am I going to do??? I went looking for a "person" business can be cold; one I could trust " not easy " Dave Ramsey was a person who I thought cared or he was right most of the time when I listened... trust versus knowledge I did not know but the knowledge that Dave's site was listed for Dual Vision - Cyril N****** I have found help, a peaceful help in this person in all my years of tax time "Oh, woe is me" I don't have to worry during tax time, I have found knowledge and trust in Cyril.
