Sade is nice enough, however working with her in planning our 50th birthday trip was very stressful. This defeated the whole purpose of having a travel agent. There was a lot of miscommunication and misinformation throughout the whole process. When things were questioned, Sade had a tendency to put the responsibility on the airline, the website or the links that were sent. There were people in our group of 14 that were given the wrong booking numbers or booking numbers that didn't work. They had their flights changed and only found out when they called the airlines to set up an additional flight for others who were going on the trip. We were given different dates for the final payment, and then, when we questioned Sade about it, she said we were given an extension on the due date. How do you give someone an extension, but don't tell them they have an extension. We were told it was due in June, only to find out it was due mid-September. There was no consistency in relaying information to all of those going on the trip. We received links and booking numbers that didn't work and were told to fill out immigration forms that weren't even required. This is something I feel our travel agent should have known. This was a stressful process and created a lot of anxiety. When we asked our group of 14 what was the best and worst part of the whole trip, unanimously, Sade was considered the worst part. Luckily, we had a great trip despite all the disorganization and miscommunication.
