      I purchased a 2011 Buick regal from car city of calabash on July 31,2021. We tried the air and it was warm the sakes person( Jennifer) said because it was so hot outside it would some time for the air to get cold. We proceeded with the purchase. Jennifer gave us to sets of keys which one was broken. I said to her, that I would like a replacement because it's broken. The manager(Tom e****) then said you can stick your finger in it and it will work. I said to him know I'm not buying a car with a broken key. He then said he couldn't get another key until the finance company pay then then he could replace the key. We said ok how long will it take. He didn't know but it shouldn't be long. We left. On Monday I call Jennifer on August 2 and let her know that the air nor the heat and heated seats where not working and when can I bring it back. I have taken this car to them 4 times and the only thing they fixed was the air. I called to talk to the manager and he hung up on us.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/10) */ Car City talked with Mrs. ******* on October 5, 2021 and offered to refund her money and she could return the vehicle. Mrs ******* did not want to do this. Mrs ******* was advised to take the vehicle to the Car City Whiteville location for additional diagnostics on the vehicle then will advise her as to what can be done. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I met with Mr.Tom on October 5 and we talked about the problem with the car but at no time did he offer any money back to me. Yes I told him that I would like to keep the car because I liked it. I also let him know the only thing I wanted for them to fix the problem that should have been resolved before they sold the car.He told me he would do what can do to resolve them. He told me to take the car to Whiteville car city so the mechanic the could look at. He gave me the number and I call to set up an appointment for Friday October 15. I see where one time they took the car to Bell and Bell to get checked out so I feel like they no what the problem is they just don't want to pay to get it fix. This problem was there before I purchase the so they should fix it. I think there giving me the run around and when this mechanic look at it's going to be something they still not going to fix. I hope I'm wrong and they do the right thing by fixing the problem I won't know until Friday October 15 @10:00am
