Me and my wife wanted to get a utv on 3/8/24 and found one we liked at used powersports LLC in ********** everything was going good my wife got approved but we couldnt pick up till Monday because the loan company closed before my wife could sign papers. Well I got a phone call the morning of 03/09/24 and a screenshot message sent to my phone saying that my wife doesnt know how to budget we cant help her on anything from a guy named ****** . They even sent me over loan company information on 03/08/24 also information to the utv to have insurances put on it after the fact we got approved but couldnt pick up till Monday. Moral of the story is they backed out of the sale all because (******) thinks that my wife cant budget. Used powersports LLC also shared my wifes personal information for example her credit score and what she has on her credit line WITHOUT her permission. Also have screenshot of the message the owner of used powersports LLC sent me from (******) saying he couldnt make the sale do to my wife not being able to budget all because we own a home and she has a 19k vehicleBusiness response

On 3/8 customer put in a credit application on our website. Which at that time the customer clicks a box that states they give us persmission to run there credit as well as any other credit/lender that ********** to. On this day we sent this credit app over to 3 of our lenders and it was declined by 2 and 1 lender gave an approval with a required down payment of $2700.00. The customer at that time then wanted to have a consigner added to the loan hoping that his down payment would be smaller if we could make that work. The customer at that time had his mother put in a credit app to try and be a cosigner & which the lending company told us since the applicant had established credit that the cosigner would not affect the decision. Our Sales Manager at that time told the customer and the customer still did not like that so he asked to speak to the owner and was stating that he had $1500 cash down and wanted us to make that work in which we could not make that work due to the cost of the unit. Then the applicant just wanted to put it in his wifes name, so she put in ************** in and we sent it over to our lender which at that time with the soft pull the lender said that they would be able to give $8999. So at that point that would leave him with need $2,000 down cause us at the dealership was going to make that work since the lender was stating they could do more. Once the lender went to finalize the loan they noticed that with the income budget of the applicants that they would not budget out financially enough for them to be able to satisfy the loan. At that time our loan rep reached out to my Sales Manager and told him which at that time was after hours. The next morning applicant was contacted and informed of the loan companies decision of not being able to finance them, at which that point the customer became irrate and cussed at my Sales Manager on the phone & then proceeded to text our text line mean and vulgar things. That is when we stopped responding to the applicant.
