    We have a 8wk old kitten and the so called new vet (***********************) straight up said he didn't know about kittens this small that he would have to go look it up??? *********** I asked him if she could have any type of flea med since she was .7 Oz and he didn't even have the answer. The main reason we were there is bowel incontinence. He didn't even check until I asked him about it. Then he processes to tell me all he had was a GUESS at why she isn't growing and offered dewormer and antibiotics. Nothing wrong with that but when we asked if there was Someone else (in their office) that was more familiar with kittens.... Possibly with some experience. He asked if we didn't trust his opinion and of course we said not really because we don't like the guessing part. He got a hateful look and attitude and said well your visit is free today and the kitten will probably die. Leave now and don't come back. This entire time I never raised my voice, had inappropriate body language, nor did I use bad language. I'm not okay with him giving my .7 Oz kitten a medication guess. He clearly had no idea what he was even doing. People, be careful here. Vets are supposed to know what they are doing and running to ******* *********************** said."I'm not familiar with this so let me step out to do a search and it will be 5 to 10 min". I came in with more knowledge about what the possibility of diagnosis could be then he even knew. Before a fast ****** search.....I will say the front desk staff and the girls that work in the back are all very polite. I sure hope he don't speak to them the way he does to his customer.My family and I have owned a business since 2015 and never spoke to anyone in that manner. I also am a real estate agent that handles many people daily and I've never once spoken to anyone in that manner. It's very disappointing. The previous vet is the only reason we came back. It was a bad switch in vets and I will not return.
