At It's Best is the management company for Muirfield ******. I have had trouble with window cracking since hurricane ********. The latest happened in June on 2022 when the hardy board cracked. I have been trying to get At it's best and HOA to fix the problems they are responsible for. They will not. I repeatedly ask for them to check for mold and moisture. They will not. I had Hero mold *** come out and MOLD was found in the attic. The report and pictures were sent to ***************** January 10th 2023. My husband and I have health problems with compromised immune systems and now I am living with mold! I have copies of emails that I sent to **** with no response. We have been told NOT to contact our board, it must go through At It's Best...They will not do their job. I want my home fixed the way it is suppose to be. That is what our by laws and covenants say and it is what we pay for. I have many documented emails I sent to At It's Best.Business response

My name is ***************** and I am the owner of "**************** Mgt. Per my attachment you will see that we have bee in communication with the homeowners of *********************. We started managing this HOA in 2021, so we were hot part of the Hurricane ******** claim; however we did send out 2 contactors who both said that she did not have mold. They did make minor repairs to her window trim. The ********* then send us a report from Hero Mold that reported no real information; they also shared a report from Servpro that showed normal moisture readings. Prior to these reports we had sent out the contractor who did the original repairs from Hurricane ********. He performed a water test for about 45 minutes and could not recreate the issue.
Yesterday United Restoration met with AIB, the homeowners, the HOA's insurance agent onsite on 02.14.2023 they checked for mold and had read the serve pro assessment along with report from Hero Mold- all moisture reading levels from Servpro (who was engaged by the homeowner) that we normal - 16% - moisture. There was NO evidence of mold at all. What was identified as mold was actual residual dusting from hinges from their pull down attic stairs. The staining of the wood in the attic was from how the wood was stored and seemed to be original staining.
Hero Mold (also engaged be the homeowner) - did not provide any information on mold. At this time the insurance agent does not see an insurance claim, United Restoration ( 3rd Trip ) will remove the trim around the window and siding to assess the issue.
The siding repair that the homeowner wants done is part of a capital improvement project that will be taking place the 1st qrt of this year.

I am rejecting this response because: first Hero Mold did sent a report with pictures to AIB. Serv pro also sent a report. I have to go by what a professional tells me. The two who came out were hired by AIB. Do I have mold and moisture?? I dont know who to believe. I have emails after emails asking for my property to fix as per by laws/ covenants and master insurance. Yes they all came out yesterday because of this complaint. I DO NOT appreciate being called a liar or an insinuation that I got these people who are supposed to be experts to come out just because! I had it done because they wouldnt do their jobs!
I wanted my home repaired in a timely manner, not months later. I am so disgusted and disappointed with this company!

As you know we take our direction from the Board and we have exhausted all options. Please attached report from the contractor who did the initial repairs caused by Hurricane ********, and the email from the insurance adjuster who has withdrawn the claim that she has made with the HOA's insurance company. Repairs have been made to the best of the ability at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: the work HAS NOT been completed! The original company was United Restoration, the same one they hired this time. They need to paint the one piece of siding they replaced.
