      At It's Best has been/is a God send for our HOA. They have incredible communication skills and follow up on every item reported to them. Each of the staff members are very responsive and promptly answer our questions. The level of organization we have experienced with AIB is amazing.My overall feeling is "what a breath of fresh air!"

      The Rivermist COA is thankful to AIB as our Management Team **** and her Team are always available for Questions,Concerns &Problem Solving. During our last Insurance renewal they were instrumental in getting our policy renewed at a lower rate with improved coverage.I Highly recommend AIB for all HOA/COA needs ********** Secretary Rivermist COA

      AIB has been the management company for the condo I live in for at least 12 years. I only have praise to give them for being attentive to all our needs and concerns. The response time has always been excellent. I also have to say that they did a tremendous job with helping us with the aftermath of hurricane ********. Their dealing with our insurance company helped us obtain financial help to fix our units. The whole team is greatly appreciated. Thank you to all of you.

      I moved into my unit in 2018 and had the opportunity to work with the team at AIB, I can truly say that **** and her team have been a great asset to me as a new owner. Whenever I have a concern or questions about matters pertaining to the property, they have alway been available to me. They have always been professional and courteous, and when they did not have an answer to my inquiry, they assured me that they would get the information and get back to me. I have experienced their professionalism in HOA meetings that have not always been nice to experience, and truly give them credit for staying positive and moving forward to find solutions. It was very difficult for me to observe and experience the negative behavior of some of the owners, and inspite of it all **** and her team remained positive and professional. I think that AIB is an outstanding management group. I appreciate all that they do.

      I worked with **** and her team for over 1 year while serving on an HOA committee. They are professional but friendly. The knowledge and resources of this team never ceased to amaze me. When vender issues came up, they took the reins to resolve it, I only needed to be a participant. . I appreciated the "ticket" system used to track work orders as it kept things very organized. I would not hesitate to recommend this management company.

      Dawn & crew are very supportive to the needs of our community. I do think that a knowledgeable HOA management company is very important to the homeowner it represents,as well as the board that governs the homeowner. AIB is a company that fits that description....

      This company did not check keys in and out with a contractor after the work was completed. The HOA kept telling me they didn't have my key, which they have had for 5 years, for pest control. I asked for months where my key was, as it is labeled with my unit. No response. On Christmas night my renter returned to the unit and was locked out. Long story short, with police involvement I found out Dawn and the contractor schemed to go over one day and make a new key off my existing door lock. The HOA was told the contractor lost my key long ago. I was never told the key was lost. Never told me they were going onto my property (the lock is my property) to try to make a duplicate, and had this shady scheme worked, I would have never known. Instead, I had my Christmas evening ruined by a locked-out renter who was furious, and both of us thought the unit had been broken into. The next day when I contacted the HOA, Dawn had the new key made by the contractor, so clearly she knew. This is unethical and worrisome and not the first concern with this group. Beware.

      We would like to response to the key issue. AIB keeps owner keys as a curtesy to our homeowners, and our policy is that each key that is released from our office for work outside of a scheduled services like pest control will be released upon written owner approval. AIB' s key policy is that keys must be returned after each service.With this particular project the *** Board selected and hired the contractor who was doing the work. The ownership agreed to have the contractor hold their keys for the entire project for convenience of the contractor; although that is not our policy; it was approved by the ownership.During this project the pest control company and the contractor coordinated entry into units for pest control service. Once the project was over keys were returned. When we checked the keys, one key was missing we informed the contractor that he needed to pay the fee to have the locks changed and copies made for the owner estimated cost $150.00 The contractor asked if he could look at in his truck; he said he found the key and wanted to test it. He then turned the key in - AIB was unaware of any duplication or locks being changed; until it was brought to our attention that the renter could not get into the unit. We did bring the key that we had in our office to the unit - which worked. W informed the owner of what had taken place as soon as we realized what the contractor. The owner's reaction was such that we decided NOT to hold the key to this unit and have asked for ALL owners to install a keyless option. That way they can change the code when needed. Thank you for allowing us to explain the situation.****
