* The date of the transaction was 1/26/22. * The amount was $2700.00. * The service was 3 laser treatments and 3 micro needling treatments to help the appearance of a surgical scar. *The first appointment was scheduled for 2/17/22. * I emailed on 1/27/22 and said I was uncomfortable with the procedure after being told my medical provider during an in person evaluation that micro needling would make my keloided scar worse. They also pointed out that I could not get any treatments yet, as I am still healing from a scar revision procedure when I had to be cut open again and resewed on the same scar that this treatment plant was for. * I called the***** office on 1/28 and spoke with the receptionist and she said she could not refund my money. She also would not cancel my appointments. She told my I needed to speak to **** who handles these types of procedures out of the Wake Forest office. I tried **** several times throughout the day, and she never returned my call. ******* the Nurse called me at 4PM on 1/28/22 and asked what was going on. I explained that I was told my medical provider that this was too soon for a procedure and also that this was not the appropriate treatment plant. I also pointed out that in the pictures that were emailed for an online evaluation, there is clearly still medical tape over my starts, and I was never asked why there was still tape on the scars. So we schedule a treatment when I am not even healed from my last surgery. She was very understanding but said she would need to discuss it with Dr. ******* and get back to me.Business response

more info from the consumer: Preston Dermatology called me back and said there was a miscommunication between myself and their receptionist and they would be refunding me.
