So I went to get my lips done a few Shades Darker from my original lips and it's called lip tinting I spoke to ************ for the first time on the phone I let her know that I wasn't into the pink shade that I wanted my lips to be sort of like a tannish color thinking that tan was darker than pink however I'm very fair skin so I said I wanted be a noticeable difference do you think the pink would be standing out too much or with the darker how I would like it she said to me that we can look at the colors together but I assured her that I definitely wanted my lips to look like I was wearing lipstick she did my lips I paid $450. After healed it looked like I never had the procedure done. I contacted her she said the color was going to get darker if I wait 1 more week which was completely untrue. she then went on to tell me to come in again and pay another $450 in order to get it done for 2nd time I told her I was going to file a complaint I wasn't sure how to do it I am finally filing this complaint against her because I want my money back she obviously had no idea what she was doing she has a lot of certificates and no experience in lip tinting she may have experience in microblading eyebrows and fake lashes but in lip tinting she definitely did not do this correct &when I left that day there was some color on my lips but she advised me it would get very very dark after they heal and then when they healed 5 days later I had no result at all lips were still the same color as if I had never had that painful procedure done I let her know that I was unhappy, asked her to fix it and she expressed to me that I needed to give her a second $450 and have it redone again I was in shock because it's a one-time procedure. I again politely asked her fix it & she told me that I needed to have it done several times for it to work. that is NOT what she said in the beginning or researching lip tinting and since then I HAVE had my lips done one time for $180 and now I have color.
