  I had purchased a buffet from ****** with Carolina Farm House and Decor. We met in the parking lot and I paid $150 cash. She did not disclose. There are multiple holes in the back of the item, and that it was actually a TV stand and not a Buffet. Multiple attempts were made to contact her about a refund and she had stated I should go and resell it on ******** marketplace to try to get some of my money back.

  I am sorry the customer was unhappy with the piece. However, it was delivered to her and loaded in her car. I asked if she wanted to review it first and she declined. This is a customer issue, not a company issue.

  I am rejecting this response because: I did not decline to look at the item. The business owner was purposely deceitful, she brought the item to my car wrapped in a blanket, she then placed the item in my trunk. She did not disclose the holes in the item and they were not shown in the listing, as proven in her listing that I provided photos of.  I have offered to return the item to her multiple times for a refund and she has refused.

  The client asked me to meet her to deliver, load it in her car, and chose not to review it. The back was left open because many of my customers prefer the opening for wifi routers, cords, etc. 

  If she didn't want that, I could have easily fixed it for her. But due to her lack of communication on the issue or the review, that wasn't an option.

  I am rejecting this response because: as proven the photos provided multiple attempts were made to fix the issue. Once again back to the original posting you were not honest and did not disclose the holes, you have done nothing to fix the issues besides stating I can sell it on ******** market place. Numerous attempts were made and we have the messages saved where you stated that and then proceed to block me. The lack of communication comes from your end. You were contacted on multiple platforms to fix this issue.
