I placed an order with this company and never received it. It's been floating in **** system for over a week and the company won't respond. I now want my money back. I also paid them for priority mail and route protection. Both of which, seem to be worthless. Also, this company displays an address in ************** but really operate out of ******. That's fraud. If I had known this, I wouldn't have chosen to do business with them. They received my money but I have no product and their unprofessionalism shows in not even responding to me. If the product shows up I'm more than willing to return it if they provide shipping labels. This is an unprofessional company that needs to be addressed. They also claim No refunds. I'm in the process of doing a chargeback with credit card company. Thank you for any attention
