    I found a rental property on zillow from ************************* which was falsely advertised. When we viewed the property and showed interest we were assured to provide a list of things we saw needing to be fixed prior to move in and it would be taken care of. They requested two months deposit and first month rent. When we moved in the house was not move in ready. The hot water did not work and took days to have it repaired. Only been in the property for 32 days and the heat isnt working and it's below 30 degrees outside. Also, the house wasn't cleaned prior to move in. The garage cant be used because they have thrown all trash and broken appliances in the garage and have not removed it. Did a 30 day inspection check off list and they still haven't fixed those minor issues either

    My experience with this property management company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From start to finish, their lack of communication and unprofessionalism made the entire process a headache.First and foremost, their communicationor lack thereofwas a major issue. It seemed like no one in the company had a clue about what was happening with our property or our concerns. Whenever I reached out, I was shuffled from one person to another, with each representative seeming more interested in passing the buck than actually resolving any issues. It felt like a never-ending cycle of excuses and evasions.The move-out inspection was a particularly troubling experience. Despite having lived in the rental property for less than a year, the companys representative conducted the inspection in a manner that was both inadequate and dismissive. They seemed intent on finding any excuse to withhold part of our security deposit, even though we had only occupied the property for a short time. Their approach was more about finding faults than understanding the normal wear and tear that comes with any rental.The real kicker was the delay in receiving our security deposit. We waited over a month for its return, and it was only after I threatened legal action that anyone from the company bothered to get back to me. This lack of responsiveness was both unprofessional and unacceptable.If youre considering rental properties in the ******* area, I strongly advise against choosing any managed by this company. My experience was so negative that I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for property management services.
