My experience with this property management company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From start to finish, their lack of communication and unprofessionalism made the entire process a headache.First and foremost, their communicationor lack thereofwas a major issue. It seemed like no one in the company had a clue about what was happening with our property or our concerns. Whenever I reached out, I was shuffled from one person to another, with each representative seeming more interested in passing the buck than actually resolving any issues. It felt like a never-ending cycle of excuses and evasions.The move-out inspection was a particularly troubling experience. Despite having lived in the rental property for less than a year, the companys representative conducted the inspection in a manner that was both inadequate and dismissive. They seemed intent on finding any excuse to withhold part of our security deposit, even though we had only occupied the property for a short time. Their approach was more about finding faults than understanding the normal wear and tear that comes with any rental.The real kicker was the delay in receiving our security deposit. We waited over a month for its return, and it was only after I threatened legal action that anyone from the company bothered to get back to me. This lack of responsiveness was both unprofessional and unacceptable.If youre considering rental properties in the ******* area, I strongly advise against choosing any managed by this company. My experience was so negative that I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for property management services.

Absolutely terrible management company. They are non communicative, they are unreliable and consistently lie. Save yourself the hassle.

Kris and Associates were great property managers to work with. They were a great conduit between us and the landlord. The were also very helpful in coordinating our move out date when I injured my arm and could not finish the move by the original date.

RUN!!!! NEVER do business with this man, associates, or company. I viewed and rented a home in May 2022. Upon move in day, I was met with complications receiving the keys. No one was available or being responsive. It was not until i threatened to get out of lease that I got a response. Later that day once I got into the place I was met with a complete disaster. The kitchen, which had recently been renovated, was half done. With the countertops left undone, unfinished paint job, and garbage disposal not functioning. Upon further evaluation of my walk through, the house was completely trashed, despite ******** (associate) stating that the house was cleaned. I sent pictures of trash everywhere, trash inside cabinets, paint and supplies left in the dining room, all renovation materials (old sink, countertops) left outside. Fast forward 1 month, the AC upstairs isn't working and the bathtub is leaking, which are still not fixed or even acknowledged in September. I have reached out multiple times to these people and all I get are broken promises or "i thought someone took care of it". I have even taken days off work with the promise that someone would show to fix things, nope, never showed. Now I am in the process of trying to break the lease and it has been the most eventful situation ever. The lady, ******** who been my point of contact this entire time has pretty much dismissed me and told me to never contact her because she can't help me. **** the realtor and owner has promised decreased rent and a $100 giftcard for my troubles and states that he knew nothing of any issues with the house despite him being included in every test message regarding a issue. I never received decreased rent or the giftcard. Everytime I call and ask for the paperwork to get out of the lease he acts like he did not know that I wanted to break lease and he will have paperwork for me tomorrow. Amazing from beginning to end! We had been looking for a home over 8 months to rent and then finally I looked at one of their homes it was beautiful but just not what we were looking for, I declined the offer to rent the home and ******** asked why I didn't like it then showed me other options I could rent. She really cared about helping my family and all on a Sunday she got all my info and with in 24 hours had a lease for us to sign for our new home. I was so impressed. It's so nice to have someone care about your concerns and listen like she did. Please give this company a try. No company is perfect but they have went above and beyond for my family. Thanks again for helping us find our perfect home.
