On June 16th, 2022, I had a follow up appt with the doctor. During that time, I received little to no care on hiw to help treat my current medical issue. Because I am military, I have to provide a copy of my medical paperwork (from the sleep clinic) to the military provider. For almost a month now, I have been unsuccessful obtaining my paperwork from them. I called numerous times, left multiple voicemail, physically went there, and even filed a complaint through Tricare East Region. Also, the medical equipment I am supposed to receive, I cannot, because the medical supply office needs to speak to the doctor. Like me, the supply office has called and called and called, but no one EVER picks up the phone. I physically cannot continue with my medical treatment unless I get a copy of my paperwork, from the sleep clinic. Why is it so extremely difficult to do something so simple?
