DO NOT USE, They have no integrity, cut corners and hide their issues. They do not seem to understand the basic understanding of water flow and overlapping of roofing materials. Ultra roofing seems like they would be a good choice and are very nice, but at the end of the day, they do not know how to properly roof a house. At first I thought that they maybe had a bad guy on their crew that was cutting corners, but after asking them to repair their mistakes, I realized that the Owner doesn't know or care about quality. They installed the drip edge improperly, overdrove nails through shingles, improperly installed penetration boots, improperly installed ridge vent, lied about installing step flashing, didn't complete the work they agreed to and then damaged the roof even worse when they attempted the repair. I now have torn, cut and bent shingles with overdriven nails that wont last and drip edge falling off of the house, with nails that are partially driven and others that are driven all the way through, leaving holes. The owner is refusing to repair the roof and I am stuck with a roof that will not last 30 years, it might last 5 before I will need major repairs.Please be aware that I know the owner of the company personally through events done together and if he is willing to do this to me, imagine what he is willing to hide and refuse to repair if he doesn't know you. They ***************** issues and cut corners every chance they get and the pictures prove the quality of the install.
