      I placed an order for a ring on March 30, 2023 with standard shipping for my order to arrive within 6 days. After 6 days and receiving no shipping information I emailed the company to enquire about the status of my order. After a day of no response I contacted the company again and told them I would be filing a complaint if I did not receive a response from them. I was informed by **** that my order was ready and would be shipped that day. It took another 24 hours to receive any sort of shipping information. I received notification yesterday that they shipped to the wrong address and my order was refused somewhere in ***** (I am in PA). I provided **** with screenshots from **** informing them of their mistake. After speaking to **** again he replied they would only send out the ring once it was returned to them or refund me once they receive it. Unfortunately, I have no shipping information to track this and **** has stated that the company will do nothing else to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, with the unprofessionalism of **** and his refusal to make a situation right after MANY errors on their part, my money is likely lost for good. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY THAT STEALS MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING SERVICE OR PRODUCT.

      I ordered a custom engraved watch on December 6th for an anniversary. The original watch arrived with the engraving incorrect. It then took me over 10 days to get the business to respond to how to remedy the issue. Once they did respond it took from Jan 12th to the 6th of February for the replacement back to arrive. No method, communication etc. with the product or via any method was received from the merchant on how they expected me to replace the back on my watch. While waiting for a response from the merchant I called 4 local jewelers / watch service providers and they all said it'd cost from $25 to $40 to get the new back put on. I then relayed that information to the merchant and have heard nothing from the merchant in a week. I have now disputed the original purchase of the product with my credit card company because 1) I have still NEVER received the product I purchased and 2) it has now been2 months and the anniversary that was purchased for has long since been missed because of their massive delays and errors and inability to quickly and properly fix their mistakes.

      On Wednesday January 25th I contacted Urban Designer about a watch I had purchased for my husband for our anniversary. I explained that the watch wasn't keeping the time. They responded in my email and stated that we needed to winded it ***** times. We did that and we still had the issue. Thursday January 26th I explained that I would like to receive a refund. They said due to my bank canceling my bank card due to unusual transactions. They couldn't refund my money. I then ask if they could give me the watch that we originally ordered. They replied by stating that we need to make sure this watch wasn't next to any magnets. I told them we keep his watches in a watch case. I sent them a photo of the case along with the watch. From that moment I haven't received any more emails. I contacted then on Saturday morning January 28th and again on Monday 30th. I have yet to receive any response regarding our request. If you all could please help us to resolve this issue. We would greatly appreciate your support. This is a major inconvenience for our anniversary.
