            October 26th my car a 2010 Kia ****** was brought into the shop for a valve cover replacement for an oil leak. Was quoted one amount, but the amount was significantly higher than the original quote. After the shop having it for several days, the car was not drivable after they supposedly fix the issue. They stated that they went and moved around coil packs in the engine, which was not okayed with me before hand and has now caused the car not to be safe and not to be safe for the road. we are trying to seek our money back for the original replacement as they should not have touched anything else in the vehicle and we are now out of car. They were very rude and when we asked for a refund, they said that it's costing them extra money to go back in and refix the damage that they caused so they will not give us the money back. Car was supposed to be ready October 30 before 5 PM and now the car is still at their shop drove in their shop without that issue and is now coming back that it cannot be driven.
