            As a senior Chapel Hill resident with immune compromised medical conditions, I do not go out to service- shopping environments. Yesterday I had a haircut at Mina' and used my credit card. In the next 12 hours someone(s) attempted to use my card for over half a dozen purchases. The ONLY place my card was used was at Mina's. Fortunately my credit card company notified me and had denied all attempted purchases. I did have to spend several hours cancelling the card on various sites and entering new information. I want the owners of Mina's Studio to know what took place and that I will never return to this business. I will also make sure as many people as possible know what transpired.

            We are so sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I can assure you that at Mina's we practice all legal standards of credit card processing as set by law. Which means that we do not retain any of your information other than the last 4 digits of your card which is printed on your both receipts, yours, and mine. We have no way of knowing your expiration or your security code. Your credit card company could give you more information about how this happened if you inquire with them. The fact that your company denied them tells me that they had a fraudulent appearance to them. This is such a huge problem in our lives today and we all have had this happen to us. I can assure you that my 4 long-time employees had nothing to do with this. Also, the Chamber of Commerce can assist you with any further information you may need. We have been long time members in good standing with them. We wish you the best. We hope you will reconsider a visit to Mins's in the future.

            I have no doubt of your honesty or that of Ms******.

            The dishonest person handled ( and probably digitally copied) my credit card during this brief time frame. ***** Bank informed me how quickly this can be accomplished

            No one. Repeat, no one ,other than me has touched or used this credit card in the past 6 months..... until it was handed to the person at your front desk. Her name is on the transaction.

            Below is one of her failed robbery attempts

            She apparently has an interest in genealogy . Perhaps she comes from a long line of dishonest forbearers .
