I purchase a program on their website Dr.trishaleigh.com. Access to the program was not available on the stated date of September 1, after several emails access to the program was granted on Sept. 5. I had to get access to the scheduling app for my promised one on one coaching call with ************** Leigh after completing 20 lessons but on Sept 20 there are no remaining coaching slots for the month. I emailed asking for a delay in the next $799 payments until Oct 15 so I could get a coaching call and the 5 days of access that I did not receive. That was not accepted in the email I got so I asked that I be charged $199 for access only to the program and that was not acceptable either. I want cancel any further charges and want $500 refunded for the missed coaching call out of the $1,577.90 collected.
