I am my mother,***************** POA. I just received he****** Statement which has a $200 charge from Eventus Whole Health for services on 1/20/22. This is a fraudulent charge. First of all, Eventus has not seen my mother since September, 2021, at the latest. She has been on full Hospice care since 10/1/21. Furthermore, I moved her to a new facility on 11/1/21. The new facility does NOT contract with Eventus, so there is absolutely no way they could have seen her on 1/20/22. Finally, HOW did they get access to her credit card number to run a $200 charge? I did not give it to them, and I did not pay a bill online. I never even received a statement or bill, so I have no idea what this charge is for or how they managed to run the charge. This is a fraudulent charge!Business response

More information received from the consumer: The company did refund the $200 in question. I consider the issue resolved now.
