I have a lot more to say about this situation than I can fit here. The general point is that Ansco was hired as the General Contractor by **** to do work in our subdivision so **** can lay their fiber optic internet in our neighborhood. The workers performed this work in my cul-de-sac and yard on Wednesday, January 5th. There was an employee who, while working in my yard, put their hands into the bed of my truck and dug around through the things that are there - I saw them do this twice and I have it on camera footage, and the Ansco supervisor was made aware of this because he came to my door to speak to me. The other issue is that they ruined the planter bed around my mailbox with their digging, and I lost quite a few flowers and plants I had there, not to mention they caused my mailbox to lean over terribly, it's very wobbly and about to fall - I have pictures of this and I also have camera footage of the work done in my yard this day that shows how they handled this situation. Of over 100 homes in this neighborhood, my mailbox area was the only one that was mutilated and ruined. There is not 1 other home in this neighborhood whose mailbox area and planter bed around their mailbox was dug up, mutilated, and ruined like mine. I have called Ansco and filed a formal complaint. Apparently they hired a subcontractor to do this work for them, so they passed the complaint to the subcontractor for him to resolve. He came to my home 1 time, put a bag of dirt in the ground because there was standing water everywhere, and some mulch on top. Told us he'd be back that weekend on Saturday to fix the mailbox once the area had dried more. Didn't give us a time but said he'd call. That man has never been back here, despite numerous calls to him. He continues to tell us he hasn't forgotten about us, it's just been too wet, among A LOT of other things (that I need to share) - but is now telling Ansco he resolved the issue. This has not been resolved.
