      Hello on 4/29 i won two vehicles on adesa clear. On 2/30 I called into adeas customer service 1800 to ask are there any fees with adesa clear as this was new to because i had to leave to go out of town and wouldn't be back until that Friday 5/3. The lady i spoke with told me there was no fees with adesa clear and then stated she would put me on hold to double check. she came back to the call and told as long as I the cars by that next monday 5/6 there would be no fees. So i processed with my plans and work. Friday morning as i was picking up the first car i noticed there was late fees of $150 per car at adesa charlotte. After i picked up the car in ******* i then called the auction direct to see if this could get waived per the conversation i checked to make sure there was no fees prior to. After calling the lady at charlotte said she would see if she could waived them but it was no grantee which as a customer i think is unfair as i did as i said i paid and pick them up on that Friday 5/3 as originally planed and i would like them to resolve this and waive these fees as i was miss lead by they employee which if i had the correct information we would not have this issues. When I bought a car from the Atlanta Adesa right after winning car the sent me a email stating all fee i could be charge and gave instructions on how to make my payment right away soi don't have this issues and this auction did not. So i was unaware and I called right away just to check and still got wrong information and now i am being penalize for their company giving wrong information. So I would Like my $300 back as I am paying this fee on 6/4 so pick up another car i am buying there. see and still spending money with the company.auction access#*********

      My car was repossessed in August. I went to retrieve my belongings only to have my items handed to me in a thin plastic bag. I noticed the missing item and asked to retrieve it from the vehicle myself, when I was told the vehicle has already been sent to another location the day prior to my appointment. They gave me the address and I went immediately. When I arrived to Adesa to explain a car had arrived there with personal property still inside, they first acted like i was out of luck and I had to beg the woman i spoke to, to get someone to go find the car on the lot and retrieve my items. Moments later she comes back with it in her hands only to tell me she cant give it to me because the bank needs to send a release for it. My things were already released to me this same day so how are you telling me you cant hand me my item right now? I played along with their antics and called the bank she said it would take a few hours to resend and I couldn't sit around waiting there. The woman said my items would be in a locked safe with my name and information on it and once they received what they wanted from the bank they would reach out. I never heard back and every time I called they kept telling me the same thing, they needed a release. I tried to give it time and did not want to waste a trip up there if they're telling me over the phone I can't get it because of the bank. I am very busy and I finally was able to make it down to the business and talk to someone face to face, now they're saying its been thrown away because its exceeded its 30 day holding date. No one expressed this to me each time I called and now suddenly i get here and its gone completely. Im very upset and disgusted with the way this company has treated me in getting my belongings. I strongly believe someone employed by the company has taken my property for themselves. Thrown away or taken either way I've done all I can according to their rules to get my things and they did not hold up to their end.
