      I purchased a piece of equipment from ****** (Owner) of Blue Haze Equipment and as I write this on June 18th, 2024, he has taken back the equipment AND kept my money while stopping communication. When I was looking at making a purchase what sold me was Foxtons word: if anything happened to the equipment and it was a lemon, he wouldnt leave me out to dry but instead take it back. Wow was I fooled. There has been little post purchase support, with me sinking money and time into fixing a piece of equipment that from the beginning had nothing but issues. I eventually threw my hands up and took the equipment to another servicer since I was receiving such little support. They advised the piece of equipment had major issues. ****** (owner) agreed to have me drop off the equipment at their warehouse so he could look at it, right away he accused me of taking a part off of the equipment, which was not true. If any pieces are missing then I purchased it like that, which is even more frustrating. ****** agreed to have one of his employees look at it and let me know the following week. Fast forwards 4 weeks and not only does Blue Haze Entertainment not return my communication but theyve taken the equipment and kept the thousands thats I paid. As a business owner you expect businesses to support one another, but this has done nothing but set me back time,money, and cause me and my business frustration. If I continue to hear nothing from Blue Haze Entertainment then I will have not choice but to pursue further action towards a resolution.

      this sale was a craigslist  sale sold as is as a USED item that was used but functional. We never stated we would take the unit back, just assist with any technical issues. 

      when the unit sold it was working and functional.

      the customer removed parts and modified the unit to a point it would not start. They only let us know there were issues a month after the unit was sold. 

      the customer changed the following parts/modified

      Starter, starter relay, fuse protection, battery carburetor, cooling fan covers (not with unit anymore)

      the customer brought the unit back and we repaired the unit but the customer doesn't want it back.

      the customer still owes us $500 from the sale that was never paid.

      at this time we would like the customer to pickup their purchase.

      We have attached the final bill of sale which was signed by the customer upon purchase of the vehicle. Nowhere does it state we would take back the vehicle at any point for a refund. We did discuss verbally any assistance the customer might need with any technical issues, we would be happy to help. We did not agree to take the vehicle back for any refund at any point. We have fixed all of the issues with the vehicle and we demand the customer come and pick it up as it is his. We have told the customer we were waiting on a part, but he has acted irrationally and we no longer wish to assist him at this time. We ask that we come and pick up the vehicle as soon as possible. This is the only reasonable outcome and the customer has acted unreasonably. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response due to the fact that seller acknowledges giving their word on helping resolve any issues with the product. The issue with the product as diagnosed by an independent servicer was that the engine had low compression. The seller claims the product has been repaired, however, no proof of engine compression has been provided. If reasonable engine compression is reported then I am happy to pickup the product and close this dispute. 

      Is Blue Haze Entertainment ready to provide engine compression numbers?

      The only issue we see with the unit is the air flow diverter is missing, which causes a cooling issue. The unit would not run and drive well with out compression. We currently have the unit running, but the customer will need to put back the air diverter since it was taken out of the unit either by him or his tech.

      I had purchased a Fog/Bubble machine from this company through Amazon. It had stopped working aftr having it about 3 weeks. I had contacted the company to see what could be done to fix or replace it. They sent me a return address label and said once I mailed it out they would send me a new machine. I have been attempting to get ahold oh them for 2 months now and am unable to get any type of answer from them. This machine cost me over ******, and I would just like this issue resolved.

      Hi,  We intended to replace the defective machine with a new one from the manufacturer but the machines never made it to the manufacturer.  We were not informed of a new ETA for the machines until last week.  We apologize for the sparing communication and will give you updates as soon as possible.  The new ETA for the machines is the end of September.
