BEWARE OF TYLER *********************** POWERED TRUCKS LLC JAPAN PARTS HOUSE On 6/14/22 I purchased a New FA20 short block from ***** at business Diesel powered Trucks LLC at address *******************************************************. Mechanic received the block built the engine and the short block fails bearings go out in 58 miles. ******** and ***** go back and forth till the decision of ***** would have complete engine picked up and sent to him for inspection and warranty. On 7/29/22 engine is picked up and shipped to ***** at *************** at *************************. Mechanic and myself were told 2 weeks upon receiving engine it would be completed and built correctly. Engine was received on 8/2/22 at 10:16 AM. ***** inspected an stated my mechanic made an error with engine and that's why the bearings failed, a oil sump plate was not installed. Either way ***************** exchanged short block then 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks and then 4 weeks. On 8/31/22 My mechanic was invoiced ****** for assembly of engine, cleaning of heads and return shipping cost. ******** paid minutes later he was told it would go out that evening. When engine didn't show up in a few days, we requested several times through text message because ***** hardly answered the phone if at all, for a Bill of Lading. We never received one from him. He mentioned Central Freight so we called Central and every other company with nothing coming to us or from him. After a week of this going on, ***** found the engine in his shipping and receiving department sitting there. ***** sent a Bill of Lading to mechanic. ***** stated it will go out that day. It did not go out that day the shipping company came to pick the engine up however there was nothing there for them to get according to there dispatcher, all of a sudden ***** turned engine over by hand and heard the valves out of lash and wanted to inspect. When we finally received a photo of the engine it was not in fact built it was starting to be built just heads
