Today 8/3 I took my daughter to get her hair braided for her dance competition. Everyones hair has to be uniform. They did not execute the request hair style properly. They did give me a refund but not for the total $151 I paid. They only refunded me $148 stating $3 was a credit/debit card payment method fee. I would like to be made whole for the entire amount that I paid. They are charging everyone who doesn't pay cash a $3 fee for electronic payments.Business response

The $3 charge is refunded. Before the situation occurred, we tried on numerous occasions to contact her before continuing with the braids, (both texting and calling) to give her an update on her daughter's braids and the issue at hand. On all occasions to reach out, the mother did not answer or even attempt to call back in regards to her daughter. Nevertheless, even considering the fact that she did not acknowledge our attempts to communicate with her, we still refunded her. This is not our first situation with this client but hope for this to be the last as we work to tighten our protocols.
