I am writing to publicly highlight a severe issue that has remained unresolved since May 2022, concerning the unauthorized use of my Wax Pass and the appalling customer service I have experienced from ************************* April 21, 2022, my Wax Pass was fraudulently used in *****, *********. I have never been to *****, ********************* reside in ********, **********. Despite reporting this unauthorized use immediately to the ***********************************, I was directed to contact *******************************************. The manager there assured me that the issue would be resolved within two weeks. After waiting three weeks with no resolution, I called again and was informed by another staff member that ********, ** needed to handle the refund. However, the *********************************** insisted that the matter had to be resolved by Arbor, Charlotte.This back-and-forth has continued for over two years without resolution, causing significant inconvenience and distress. On May 30, 2024, I contacted ******************************************* once again. The manager reassured me that the correction would be made within a week. Yet, as of today, my European Wax Center app still shows a zero balance on my Wax Pass. This is an unacceptable and outrageous failure in customer service and problem resolution.This situation raises serious concerns about the security and management of customer information at **********************. How was my Wax Pass used out of state without my authorization? Does the Arbor, ********* location not verify identification before services are rendered? This incident suggests a potential breach of privacy and a risk of identity theft.

im a disabled person who will nit have services done unless they are cheap,period! after seeing european wax newest promo 50% for services never performed,i callex& receptionist told me tht it was for any services after asking which i could get for 50%& so i was back& forth trying to be positive about 50%& each time im assured yes so i went& had service& manager tells me full price& i told her i had been told like 3 times it was 50%! services were excellent as usual& i tip pretty good& im super dsappointed in what happened yesterday! im not trying for free,i was trying for promo :/

I was 8 minutes late for an appointment for eyebrows and a Brazilian. That is within your 10 min late policy for one and also because I knew I was late I told the girl at the front desk that I have no problem cancelling the eyebrows and only getting the Brazilian today. I was turned away because theres still not enough time which is a flat out lie because eyebrows are scheduled for more than 8 min. I also have waiting over 10 min PAST my scheduled time Every Single Time I have ever had an appointment so Im not sure why exact time is so important now. Your employees need to be educated on timing schedules.
